My Home

Finding the Love of my Life was not easy. I was forced to face many trials and tribulations to become the right kind Man to meet this very special, rare and unique Woman.

No woman nor person has ever made my life feel more complete than she does.

Having just gotten back to Bali from being in South Africa for 1 month, a most difficult and painful experience to be physically separated for so long when we hadn’t spent more than a few days apart, I was surprised at the airport, showered with Love and treats, welcomed back to a sparkling home and received with a force of her power I had never experienced before.

To say the least, Arina is the woman of my dreams. She is everything I could ever want in a partner and she continuously transforms me into a better Man, the man I’ve always hoped I would become.

With her by my side I feel both powerful beyond measure and humble and secure down to my bones.

Beginning this magical journey and miraculous life together has been nothing short of a gift from The Creator. The faith, trust and certainty I and we both feel within our bond has opened us up to a world neither of us thought existed for two people.

Arina is my rock, my pillar of strength, my inspiration, my muse, my angel, my best friend, my lover, my partner in justice, my business colleague, my consultant, my counsellor and most importantly, my Home.

I could no longer imagine my life without her, and I am infinitely and eternally grateful to the Laws of this Universe and the Greatest Powers that Be for bringing us into union.

I consider myself the luckiest man alive, and most blessed for having a partner Who meets me on every level, and Whom I trust in with my whole Being and Heart!

I love you Arina, and I look forward to finding out all that we will create and experience together, in this Life and the next!

May the Love, Devotion, commitment and Bliss within our bond spread to all corners of the Earth and show others what is not just possible, but probable.

ENLIGHTENMENT

What is is Enlightenment? In Latin etymology, a simple deconstruction of the word produces “ In-Light-In-Mind ”.

To be Enlightened is to have a Mind, and by extension, a brain, radiating with Light! We know from specialised brain scans and Kirlian photography that the human aura and brain radiate light photons. In neurobiology the Pineal Gland is understood to be an actual Third Eye, not a metaphorical or symbolic one and Nicola Farmer, the founder and teacher of the “Seeing Without Eyes” program for children in the United Kingdom has proven that sight is possible without the use of our two visible eyes.

Mainstream science posits that humans evolved to develop their heightened and superior intelligence because of the long-term consumption of animal fats. But how can fat molecules make a brain more complex? They can’t. They will only congest it.

The truth is far more complex and beautiful: Neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are complex chemicals produced by plants and flowers which are compatible with animals, mammals and humans. Fruits are the edible product of a flower and a flower is the intelligent, aesthetic expression of a plant. Flowers are the genitalia of a plant allowing for cross-pollination by bees, wasps, butterfly’s, flies and other insects. Through bees and other pollinators, plants are communicating, mating and increasing in complexity. Flowers and fruits collectively contain and emanate all the colours of the rainbow — the only humanly visible spectrum of light. At the same time they contain some of the most complex molecules found in nature and generally produce no damaging, over-powering or destructive effects to its consumer unlike popular plant-medicines today.

We are inseparably symbiotic with flowers and fruits and together we are the most divinely designed expression in nature! Thus, we are by design the most spiritually Enlightened being on the planet.

And yet culture and commerce have inverted the natural state and existence of a Hue-Man Bee-ing positing that consuming dead animals makes us intelligent. Hypocrisy.

METABOLIC SYNDROME

Metabolic Syndrome is a blanket term to refer to all dis-eases that evolve due to a chronic overconsumption of fat, oil, cooked and overcooked foods, inflammatory foods and animal products.

The result or consequence of this ongoing lifestyle habit is an acquired, impaired ability to effectively metabolise fat, properly circulate the blood and deliver essential nutrients (Oxygen, sugar, minerals etc), a negative cycle of reduced production of Vitamin D and Melanin, persistently raised levels of Adrenalin and Cortisol, a natural depletion / deficiency of B Vitamins and minerals, a reduced ability to methylate and ionise, widespread inflammation throughout the body and intra and extra-cellular dehydration.

The above conditions allow for all sorts of dis-eases to develop from obesity and diabetes to muscle atrophy, thyroid dis-eases, hormonal imbalances, fatigue and exhaustion, neurological disease such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, MS, ALS and even cancer! Of course there are many more that develop because of Metabolic Syndrome.

Almost all people who develop these diseases are overweight or underweight, a function of low cellular metabolism and a high body fat percentage.

Of course there are other factors at play, namely parasites, heavy metals and mould or fungus. But ultimately the core issue is fermentation and poor cellular metabolism due to an excess of fat in the muscles, body, organs, endocrine glands and brain.

THE DUALITY IF DISEASE

All Dis-eases are ultimately rooted in two Fundamental Causes:

1. Congestion
2. Cellular Weakness

Congestion is primarily caused by:

i. Acidosis from acidic foods such as protein rich diets which damage the colon and kidneys
ii. Mucus from dairy products, refined sugars, complex sugars and foreign proteins
iii. Chemicals such as drugs, detergents, dyes, food additives, pesticides, hygiene products, household cleaners etc
iv. Metals from cookware, tooth fillings, industrial wastes etc
v. Toxins from the diet but also generated and retained in the body

These substances are the true cause of acute diseases. These substances slowly accumulate in the body over time creating obstruction, physical damage and toxaemia in the blood, lymph, organs and tissues. And eventually the body is forced down a path of degeneration, fermentation and decomposition = early death.

Cellular Weakness is primarily caused by:

1. Weak and damaged cell walls and DNA due to improper repair and healing because of a lack of fasting and proper diet
2. Mitochondrial fatigue and low energy (ATP) production
3.Mineral deficiency (plant-sourced Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Copper, Boron etc) leads to poor cellular metabolism and ion / electron / proton transport chains

STOMACH 36

Stomach 36 otherwise known as ‘Zu San Li’, meaning “Leg Three Miles” was coined by the ShaoLin monks when running long distances to relay secret messages between different provinces in an attempt to pacify the wars during the Qing Dynasty. The point is so named because stimulating it increases energy production in the body and can allow a person to run an extra three miles when fatigued.

ACTIONS | INDICATIONS

Stomach 36 is one of the primary ‘Qi’ or Energy enhancing points within the acupuncture meridian system. It increases stomach acid secretion, enhances digestion and metabolism, regulates appetite, improves blood flow throughout the body, especially the heart and brain, up regulates mitochondrial function of every cell in the body, increases Natural Killer and White Cell production, enhances immunity and mental clarity, focus and concentration and cultivates Original Qi and the expression of the Authentic Self. This point can be pressed with the thumb or middle finger in a clockwise circular direction, or tapped with a wooden stick or one of your knuckles to stimulate its activity and the up-regulation of almost all energetic functions in the human body.

LARGE INTESTINE 11

This point is one of the most powerful Heat clearing points for the upper body and internal organs. It can be used for any manifestation of Heat in the upper body such as inflammation, redness, itchiness, swelling or irritation of the eyes, nose, ears, sinuses and skin. It is also the main point for treating and relieving constipation. By stimulating this point on both sides of the body, you can stimulate the large intestine to open the bowels and eliminate within 10-15 minutes.

LOCATION & ACUPRESSURE

This point is located in a tender depression / hollow at the end of the crease of the outside of the elbow when the arm is bent.

Stimulate this point by applying firm constant pressure with the thumb of your opposite hand, or massage in a circular direction for 1-2 minutes on each side.

ACTIONS & INDICATIONS

This point is able to cool and reduce inflammation in the upper body, Skin, Blood, and Large Intestine.

Therefore, this point treats any kind of Heat condition, from eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis to inflammatory, allergic and autoimmune conditions such as rhinitis, conjunctivitis, sinusitis, otitis media, constipation, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, cough, sore throat / laryngitis / pharyngitis, thirst, dry mouth and more.

By regularly stimulating this point you can cool your entire body and increase movement (peristalsis) in the Large Intestine to increase elimination by the bowels, naturally supporting the primary Detoxification Pathway of the body, and eliminate more waste and toxins to relieve the body of excess.
