Join Kams Yoga for a complete beginner yoga class every Wednesday at 19:30 in The Mind & Body House Abbeyleix. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would love to begin yoga practice but are a little bit unsure about it. In this class you will explore the foundations of yoga asana by blending a slow, mindful, functional movement and breath work.

You don’t need any experience, knowledge, nor flexibility to attend this class. There will be plenty of cues offered during the practice to make you feel safe and tuned into the body and mind.

This super beginner class will begin on the 4th of June. You can drop in anytime or book into a block of four classes. https://themindandbody.as.me/beginnersyoga
