Celtic Safety Training and Eir’s HSA excellence Award submission outlined the commitment to the development of a strong Safety Culture within Eir’s Business Areas
Founded in 2004, Celtic Safety Training's mission is to equip Irish organizations with the tools and knowledge needed to foster strong safety cultures focused on accident prevention.
Over the past decade, we have collaborated with many public and private sector clients to assess risks, craft pragmatic protocols, train employees, and integrate safety into daily operations. Our tailored solutions have prevented countless accidents and helped teams feel truly protected on the job.
Safety is not a destination but an ongoing journey of improvement. We continue that journey alongside each client, for example working with eir as trusted partner in the delivery of an effective safety management system for eir.
The joint objective of this partnership approach is to ensure that we can have a positive impact on accident/incident reduction in the workplace. In working to achieve this goal the focus will centre around the following five pillars of influencing safety culture within eir:
1. eir Group Risk / Impact Controls.
2. Promotion of Health and Wellbeing
3. Management Systems Development and Certification.
4. eir EHS Influence and Certification.
5. Working Safely in Networks.
