🌌Join us as we gather under the stars to honour the turning of the cosmic wheel, the Galactic New Year, a portal of renewal, expansion, and soul remembrance.

⭕️We begin in sacred circle, sharing ceremonial cacao, opening our hearts and softening the edges. Then, with eyes closed and music turned up, we drop into the dance. This is intuitive, self-led, no steps to follow, no one watching. Just breath, beat, and the truth of your body in motion.

This is movement as medicine.

🌿Next Sunday 6th July we will gather. You are invited to come exactly as you are, to reconnect with your own soul’s essence and magic, through movement, stillness, journeying and sharing.

🙌 In a time of high swirling energy it is necessary every now and then to come back to the centre of you, remember who you truly are and why you are here. You are the only one who can answer these questions, we are here to give you the space, encouragement and conditions to do so.

🧑‍🚒 Mr Rogers has taken a change of direction since last August to put it mildly!

🙌 Fair play to him on completing his training to be a member of the Abbeyleix Fire Service. No mean feat for a man of 53, all that yoga reaped dividends!

🧘 Simon is making a very welcome return to the studio this Wednesday at 7pm. If you want to learn how to really look after your health and longevity jump on in, no experience required.

🙌 The mind-body-spirit practice will be broken down as follows..

🌀 20/20/20 Well-being Practice with Simon.

🌀 20 min Breathe - Breathwork Practice to invigorate and expand Respiratory Diaphragm through a balanced breath.
20 min Move - Cardio/Stretch/Strength to awaken the physical body and build resilience.

🌀 20 min Rest - Bring stillness to the body and mind efficiently and effectively aiding recovery, grounding and overall well being.
