One Wave Yoga is founded by Trish Mc Fadden, a native of Achill Island, where she teaches outdoor yoga immersed in the beauty of the wild Atlantic coastline. Trish is a lover of movement and the outdoors. Her various interests have included, but are not limited to dance, scuba diving, human health, art and jiu jitsu. Her curiosity and exploration are reflected in her yoga classes. Expect creative dance-like sequences, mixed with anatomical explanations and mobility practice, all connected and intertwined with the power of breathwork, yoga philosophy and poetry. She will encourage you to pause, reflect, find inner strength and know yourself more deeply. Trish completed her teacher training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga (RYS 200) in YogaHub Dublin in 2016. She then qualified as a pregnancy yoga teacher with Yoga Therapy Ireland in 2017. Trish completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 300) with Green Lotus Yoga in 2020 and continues to expand and maintain her knowledge with courses and study, fueled by her passion for yoga! Trish has gained experience in many teaching settings, offering public classes in yoga studios, online and outdoor locations, at festivals and for private groups, individuals and corporate clients in the West of Ireland.
