It felt very direct… and very needed.

I’ve experienced this before in my own way.
Years ago when I was running, I was often given advice on how to train, how to run…
but whenever I tried to follow what worked for others, it never quite worked for me.

When I came back to doing it my way, everything felt more aligned.

This felt like a reminder of that.

To trust my own way.
To stay in my own lane.
To be confident in how I do things.

Are you like me that finds its so much easier to think of something going wrong, instead of it actually working out for the good?

There is so many knock on affects happening within the body when you focus on Worrying, much more that you even think possible, and it robs you of your piece of mind, being able to just relax,

So for today try to stop worrying about what could go wrong and expect all the good things multiples by a thousand to come your way, as you are very deserving of all the good coming your way.
