I’ve made it! Not midnight yet 😬 GRATITUDE DIARY HERE & NOW: gratitude for what we have helps us balance the negative perception bias of so much scary news and so reduce stress and anxiety.

Thinking of what we are GRATEFUL for HERE & NOW forces us to look around, pay attention to our bodily sensations and to engage with our surroundings - all this has a GROUNDING effect as it pulls us from imagining the dire future right into our bodies, which HERE & NOW are doing ok.

Today I’m grateful for this little dainty plant 🌱- I marvel that it bloomed for me again (and I’m such a neglectful gardener...). I’m grateful that I can admire it for a while every time I pass by my plantation - I have a chance to contemplate the beautiful interplay of pinks and greens 💖🥗🌱. It really makes me happy. No way it doesn’t uplift me a bit every time I take a moment to pay attention to it.🌲🌿🌷🌸👀
