10-14 Euro Sliding scale

Come alone or with a friend or partner

we will mix and match for sizes and also the same size works great or even smaller base is fine :)
we will get to play

Macha background is in Dance, Circus, Yoga, Somatic Movement, Meditation & general fitness and nutritional health. dipHM & dipAT , YYTT .
She is a bodyworker, massage therapist, energy worker, herbalist and workshop leader of a broad range of skills.
She also is an equine vaulting coach and professional riding & horse trainer.

Her class is full of conditioning, mindfulness, connection and skills!

Bring a yoga mat/s if you have one or two
there will be some spare
