The death has taken place of Marian Johnston (nee Haughey), Dawros Rosbeg,
Co.Donegal (Formerly Ballymore Teelin) on the 17th September 2025.
Peacefully in the loving care of Donegal Hospice, Letterkenny.
Predeceased by her Husband Neil, Parents Con and Kathleen.
Sadly missed by her Sons John Paul & Noel (Tara) Daughters Madeline (Donal) & Mary
(John). Grandchildren Chloe, Cayden, Paige, Jay & Oisín and all her relatives neighbours
and Friends.

Reposing at Shovlins Funeral Home Sandfield F94N923 on Wednesday 17th September
from 7pm-9pm and Thursday from 2pm-5pm. Removal from there on Thursday at 5pm to St
Conals Church Kilclooney for 6pm with requiem mass at 11am on Friday morning 19th September with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery .

The death has taken place of Eugene Miller formerly of Drimnalough, Glenties, Co. Donegal, London and the USA.
Eugene passed away at Hillcrest Nursing Home, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal on the 9th September 2025. Dearly beloved husband of the late Patience Riley and father of Joshua, Sarah, Rachel and Nathaniel. Eugene will be sadly missed by his family, relatives and a very wide circle of friends in Donegal and around the world.
Eugene is known for his academic achievements, musical talent, passion for theatre, good humour, kindness and generosity.
His remains will repose at Shovlin's Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara, Co. Donegal on Friday 12th September 2025, between 4pm-7pm. Funeral cortège departs Shovlin's at on 13th September 2025 at 11.30am for funeral service at Church of Ireland, Lettermacaward, Co. Donegal, at 12noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery

The death has taken place peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital of William Reid, known as Billy, Drumrooske Middle, Donegal Town, F94 R8K8.

Deeply regretted by his wife Patricia and his daughters, Virginia (Frank), Jenny (Nigel) and Joan (Richard). Saddly missed by his grandchildren Thomas, Zoe, Henry, Elsie and Liam, James, Ruby and Maya and his siblings Columba, Elizabeth and Claire and all his relatives, neighbours and friends.

Predeceased by his sister Ann , brothers Patrick and Tom and his parents Tommy and Mary

His remains will repose at Tir Conal Funeral Home, Donegal Town from 12pm to 9pm on Tuesday and reposing at his home in Drumrooske on Wed from 12 pm to 9pm for friends and family. The funeral leaves from there on Thursday morning at 10.30a.m to St Agatha's Church, Clar for 11a.m requiem mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Strictly family time only on the morning of the Funeral please.

The death has occurred of Patrick O’Donnell
Also known as Jock McDonald, founder and singer of The Bo***ck Brothers.

Born in Glenties, Co. Donegal, and raised in Rosbeg, Patrick passed away tragically in a sea incident in Bundoran, Co. Donegal on Saturday, 26th July 2025.

He will be sadly missed by his loving family: daughter Maria Devlin, sons Kilien O’Donnell and Benjamin Godhusen, brothers Gerry and Martin O’Donnell, and by his extended family, friends, and the wider music community.

Predeceased by his beloved mother Sarah O’Donnell (née Johnson) of Rosbeg and his father Patrick O’Donnell.
