My group in Ardara is on each Saturday Morning from 8am to 11am in the Ardara Parish Centre.
As a brand new member call in at 8.30am for one on one time so I can explain our Eating Plan to you.

✔️My Bundoran Group is on Every Monday from 4pm to 7pm.
✔️My Killybefs Group is on Every Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm.
