It is with great sadness we inform you of death of Tom (Thomas) McCormack, Stonylane, Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully in his 96th year surrounded by his loving family and under the wonderful care of the staff in St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Ardee.

Tom is predeceased by his wife Phyllis and their daughter Felicity. He will be sadly missed by his much loved and devoted family Miriam, Triona, Liam and Tony, his cherished grandchildren Michael, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Henry, Ciaran, Shauna and Leah, great-grandchildren Erin, Ríadh and Edward, his sons-in-law Paul and Barry, daughter-in-law Gemma, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many good friends.

Tom will repose at Finlay's Funeral Service, Tierney Street, Ardee, Co. Louth (Eircode A92 TW68) on Monday (17th) from 3pm to 7pm. Removal Tuesday (18th) leaving from Finlay's Funeral Home at 10:40am to St. Catherine's Church, Ballapousta via Stonylane arriving for 11am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Sister Dolores Mc Cann, RSM formerly of Convent of Mercy, Ardee. Co. Louth, Moorehall Lodge,Ardee and Mitchelstown, Castletown.

Peacefully on Thursday 13th November 2025 , under the wonderful care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Drogheda.

Sr. Dolores is predeceased by her parents , Joseph and Elizabeth Mc Cann,and her sister Mary. She will be sadly missed by the Sisters of Mercy, Northern Branch, her brothers Joseph and Richard, her cousins and many friends.

May She Rest in Peace.

A Memorial Mass, in thanksgiving for the life of Sr Dolores, will be celebrated on Tuesday 18th November at 10 am in the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee.

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Ronald (Ronnie) Kavanagh, Artnalivery, Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully on Tuesday, 11th November 2025 under the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Ronnie will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted partner Avril, his son's Morgan and Albert, daughter-in-law Gina, Avril's sons Jamie and Chris (Zelda), his cherished grand-children Libby, Meg, Isabel and Lucy, his sisters Avril and Daphney, nephews, nieces, extended family neighbours and good friends.

Shirley is predeceased by her Dad, Aidan. She will be sadly missed by her much loved and heartbroken daughter Alisheá, her loving Mam Nancy and loving and devoted sisters Martina (Rooney) and Mary (Farrell), her brother Adrian, Alisheá’s partner Ben, brother-in-law Brendan, sister-in-law Sinéad, her cherished nephews and nieces Michelle, Danielle, Nadine, Jamie, Kellie, Adrian, Cíllian and Evan, grand-nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and very good friends.

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Dr. David O’ Neill of Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully surrounded by his loved ones and in the wonderful care of the staff in Mater Hospital, Dublin on Saturday, 1st November 2025.

Deeply mourned by his wife Patricia and children David, Ruth, Michael, Catherine and Joe. He will be sadly missed and much loved by daughters-in-law Cherie, Colleen, Ivana, Paan and son-in-law Enda. Adored by his grandchildren Madeline, Isabela, Elsa, Lachlan, Jack, Raife, Arden, Sadie, Hunter, Ronan, Ryan, Cian, Ethan, Hugo, Oliver, Tommy, Saoirse and Tadhg.

David is predeceased by his beloved son John, son-in-law Simon, brother Leonard and sisters Lima, Shirley and Meda. He is survived by his dear brother Michael. He will be sorely missed in the hearts of his many relatives and friends.
