It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Mary McCourt (née Baylon), Townspark, Ardee, Co. Louth. Unexpectedly at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda on Wednesday, 7th January 2026.

Mary is predeceased by her parents Patrick and Molly, brothers Johnny, Barney and Patrick, sisters Maggie and Josie. She will be sadly missed by her much loved and devoted husband Frankie, sons Frank, Stephen and Denis, daughters-in-law Cora, Elaine and Ruth, her cherished grandchildren Jamie, Nicola, Jack, Conor, Lauren, Aisling, Cathal, Donnacha and Caoimhe, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and good friends.

Mary will repose at Finlay Funeral Home, Tierney Street, Ardee, Co. Louth (Eircode A92 TW68) on Thursday (8th) from 4pm to 7pm and on Friday (9th) from 3pm to 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning from Townspark to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for 10am funeral mass. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

It is with great sadness we inform you of death of Tom (Thomas) McCormack, Stonylane, Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully in his 96th year surrounded by his loving family and under the wonderful care of the staff in St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Ardee.

Tom is predeceased by his wife Phyllis and their daughter Felicity. He will be sadly missed by his much loved and devoted family Miriam, Triona, Liam and Tony, his cherished grandchildren Michael, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Henry, Ciaran, Shauna and Leah, great-grandchildren Erin, Ríadh and Edward, his sons-in-law Paul and Barry, daughter-in-law Gemma, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many good friends.

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Sister Dolores Mc Cann, RSM formerly of Convent of Mercy, Ardee. Co. Louth, Moorehall Lodge,Ardee and Mitchelstown, Castletown.

Peacefully on Thursday 13th November 2025 , under the wonderful care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Drogheda.

Sr. Dolores is predeceased by her parents , Joseph and Elizabeth Mc Cann,and her sister Mary. She will be sadly missed by the Sisters of Mercy, Northern Branch, her brothers Joseph and Richard, her cousins and many friends.

Ronnie will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted partner Avril, his son's Morgan and Albert, daughter-in-law Gina, Avril's sons Jamie and Chris (Zelda), his cherished grand-children Libby, Meg, Isabel and Lucy, his sisters Avril and Daphney, nephews, nieces, extended family neighbours and good friends.

It is with great sadness we inform you of the death of Dr. David O’ Neill of Ardee, Co. Louth. Peacefully surrounded by his loved ones and in the wonderful care of the staff in Mater Hospital, Dublin on Saturday, 1st November 2025.

Deeply mourned by his wife Patricia and children David, Ruth, Michael, Catherine and Joe. He will be sadly missed and much loved by daughters-in-law Cherie, Colleen, Ivana, Paan and son-in-law Enda. Adored by his grandchildren Madeline, Isabela, Elsa, Lachlan, Jack, Raife, Arden, Sadie, Hunter, Ronan, Ryan, Cian, Ethan, Hugo, Oliver, Tommy, Saoirse and Tadhg.

David is predeceased by his beloved son John, son-in-law Simon, brother Leonard and sisters Lima, Shirley and Meda. He is survived by his dear brother Michael. He will be sorely missed in the hearts of his many relatives and friends.
