Hello.. 👋

I thought I should introduce myself properly here for those who don't know me.

I am a Holistic Therapist and Dr. Hauschka Esthetician practicing from Butler House in Arklow and from Ananta Yoga studio in Wicklow Town.

I have been practicing since 2004 and absolutely love what I do. It is my privilege to help people release tension from their bodies and minds, lightening their load and providing therapeutic support.

I have also worked in the Health Food industry for as long, and ran my own Health food store, Health at Hand in Arklow, for over 11 years.

I am a mother to a 4 year old boy, Lucas, who is the light of my life.

I have recently trained in the beautiful practice of Face Reflexology and will be adding Gua Sha treatments to my tool kit very soon!
