WE ALL STRUGGLE.

On the left I had no structure or systems in place and was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start.

I then disciplined myself sat down and put a plan together and over a 6 month period achieved these results on the right. 

I know what it feels like to not know what comes next and to have such uncertainty.

I want to do all in my power to help others with their fitness goals and objectives and help them become better versions of themselves.

These are the average amount of calories burnt by an athlete in a one hour session. This particular example is for an individual who weighs 65kg. Values will be greater for heavier body weights: lower for smaller body weights.
