Pink agate is the (tertiary blend) of red and white. The energetics of pink will depend on the amount of red that is added to white. Therefore, it is used as a great neutralizer. Cramming it in ain't always best for the body so plan your workouts weekly in advance in order to avoid burnout or worse still injury.
"And of course finish off with Meditation' a great way to cool down while you kill the mind chatter..

You can get a great workout in with just 30 minutes — try a strength circuit with some cardio bursts, advises celebrity personal trainer Ngo Okafor.

READING;
When we try to meditate for a specific result "ie, to release stress or to become calm or even for to go on a spiritual journey, Once we decide to Practice MEDITATION we are then taking the steps necessary to allow Meditation into our psychological state.
READING is a terrific way of choosing to take time to explore where YOU are at on this journey of life. Set aside a fixed time that suits your current lifestyle from 5 minutes to 1 or 2 hours. Just keep it a routine, and slowly increase to become the master of meditators.
