Happy to be helping Futures In Mind help so many in Ireland! The lads do incredible volunteer work, proud to be a part of it

Meet board member Stephen Considine, who has served on the Futures In Mind Board of Directors since 2024, but has been supporting the delivery of our programmes for much longer.

A passionate mental health advocate, Stephen is the founder of BiPolar Bear Wear, which has raised thousands of euro for our counselling services, as well as for other worthy charities. He is also a talented graphic designer and renowned artist.

An Arklow native, Stephen has used his creativity to support wider mental health initiatives, including his brilliant hike and walk initiative, Wibbly Wobbly Wonders.

Stephen is a valued asset to our team - thank you for your time and dedication Stephen.

The latest numbers from our helpline referrals show a 129% increase over the past two months. Our data reveals that 12-17 year olds continue to present in large numbers, with young women particularly struggling with self-harm and the pressures of social media use.

We continue to receive referrals from state agencies and other charities—and the need is greater than ever. _Nice easy 4km loop back, we will stop at our cars and then an easy roady road to Lough Damnnn Daniel for those looking_
*Conditions*: if it is ró dangerous we will cancel by 930am
🚨*Absolutely Essential*: Rain tops & bottoms, Gloves, Hat, Thermals, Shcooby Shnacks,
🤷_Optional_ (recommended): Hiking Boots, Walking Stick, hot drinks, spare socks, Torch, Whistle (check your bag straps), something for your bu**um to sit on
🦴*Hounds*: Dogs are allowed for the Ballinastoe loop, we will then head on to Lough Dan through Luggala, where no hounds be hounding

Painted with the students of who are the bestly edumucated art students I did ever see! Full of ddly ideas (which I’ll be robbing) and they were proper whopper on the cans and brushes! Will share another flick after midterm as they’ll be adding some more steez!
