Includes a 30 minute de stressing back, neck & shoulder massage, to work on those areas of high tension & to break down knots. The pressure is adjusted to each individual person & can be as light or firm as you desire.
A 30 minute scalp massage is performed, to relieve pressure in the head & also reduce tension headaches, caused due to stress. The oils are also very nourishing and beneficial for the hair.
