Breathe easy with Homeopathy😊
Seems like half the country is coughing and spluttering these chilly wintery days but help is at hand with homeopathy. Choose the remedy which matches your symptoms for deep acting, effective relief... and breathe.....

1. Ant Tart – rattling, phlegmy, bubbling cough. Worse in the evening. Feeling of suffocation, unable to raise mucus – may end in vomiting. Pale and exhausted.
2. Drosera – tickle in larynx brings on spasmodic cough with retching, gagging and hoarseness. Worse at night, lying down. Better for open air.
3. Bryonia – dry, hard spasmodic cough. Tough mucus in trachea. Dryness is keynote – dry mucus membranes, thirsty. Worse at night and for movement. Better for rest and pressure i.e. clutches chest when coughing.

The one hugh benefit I have got from learning about homeopathy is not to be afraid to think outside the box. To try something different, make mistakes and learn from it.
After the major drought of 2018 the system of farming had to change. I was not a believer of white clover only grazing that main stream advice was pushing, i wanted to push it a bit further. So after a lot of research I decided to plant red clover for silage in 2020. The following year I planted multi species on the silage ground and the same year started to plant multi species on the grazing block. I can honestly say I made MISTAKES but I perceived and continued to push boundaries and went down the biological route in 2022.
This past year I started to apply liquid nitrogen, Zeolith and homeopathic remedies to the soil, with Hugh results. As you can see the biggest result over the last 3 years has been the dramatic reduction in the amount of chemical nitrogen been applied to the soil, from 5617 kgs 2020 to less than 2000 kgs of total nitrogen applied in 2023. A 68% reduction.
The knock on benefits in soil and animal health are not to be underestimated. Camilla Sherr Homeopathy Cork County Macra Whole Health Agriculture: Learning Hub
