Did you know that heart failure will affect 1 in 5 adults in our lifetime?

European Heart Failure Awareness Week takes place from April 27 - May 3 focusing on ‘Awareness today, Protection tomorrow’ 🙌

To mark this, we're joining up with Croí and the Irish Association of Heart Failure Nurses to bring heart failure information and heart health advice to you ❤️

Our mobile health units will be staffed by specialist heart failure nurses offering free blood pressure and heart health checks at local shopping centres and libraries around the country from April 27 - May 8 👩‍⚕️

Our first pop-up is at Golden Island Shopping Centre carpark this Monday 27th from 10.30am - 2.30pm 🤩

We're here to support you so come join us and take care of your heart health ❤️
