Hey guys.
I've set up an 3rdchair yoga class for Ashbourne.
Tues 10.30am -Full
Tues 7pm-spaces
Thurs 10am-spaces

Please register your interest for all classes.

This is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Chair yoga is a great practice for everyone, as it makes space, deepens flexibility, and strengthens personal body awareness. Frequently, the chair yoga student is unable to participate in a traditional yoga class due to the effects of ageing or restriction stemming from disease and illness. Chair Yoga works very effectively with students who have joint problems, like Arthritis, students who May have muscular problems like Fibromyalgia, bone problems like Osteopenia, Osteoporosis, neuromuscular problems like Parkinson's and MS., and health issues such as: hypertension (high blood pressure), anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome,, vertigo (medical), carpal tunnel syndrome and chronic pain. It's also effective if you are recovering from injury and anxiety. Classes available in Ashbourne, Coolock and Baldoyle.

I’d love to personally invite you to join my upcoming Hatha Yoga term starting Tues/Thurs.
These will be gentle, grounding sessions focused on slow, mindful movement and deep breathing — the perfect space to pause, stretch, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practising, these classes are for you. No pressure, no competition — just a calm, welcoming environment where we move at a steady, comfortable pace.
