🔸Reflexology is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy in which techniques similar to acupressure and massage are used on specific points on the feet (and sometimes on the hands).
It is thought that there are points on the hands and feet which correspond to organs, systems and structures within the body, and stimulation of these points can have a beneficial effect.
🔸Gaining a qualification in professional Reflexology is your first step to a successful practice.
🔸Reflexology is now recommended by many doctors, nurses and other health professionals as a safe and effective way to manage health and wellness.
