Happy winter solstice
Last class at Caya yoga with legends, some I've known 20years plus some I met for the first time.
Yoga truly is a safe space.
Where else would you find yourself walking in off the street and moments later being practically asleep on the floor beside a stranger and not have a care in the world.
Restorative 101... let go of your external environment and move more towards your internal.
Let go, be still, go quiet, just like nature! the spiritual self resides there,
That's where the light is.🌟

These are the last beds for next year's retreat June 20th- 27th . Please give me a shout for a no pressure chat if you think you'd like to join me.
This will be my 5th retreat to the beautiful Suryalila. Suryalila is the best retreat centre in Europe for a reason.
It sits on the rolling mountains near Cadiz and is surrounded by olive groves, sunflowers,blue sky's and sunsets that can not be compared. The landscape is peaceful and spacious which is perfect for deep rest and introspection .
The retreat centre offers high spec facilities, yoga shalas, nutrious organic food, salt water pool and new infrared sauna and the therapists are top of their game with decades of experiences and disciplines.
It is a welcome, down to earth environment that attract like minded people from all over .

Closing down.
Dear friends.
I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to share some important news with you personally.
After much thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Caya yoga co-op.

As many of you know, the space was on a one-year lease, and while I’ve truly loved creating this community, the location unfortunately didn’t give us the footfall we needed to sustain the studio long-term.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who walked through the doors, supported the classes, and brought their energy to the space. Teaching you and creating community has been the highlight of this journey, and I’m so thankful for the connection we’ve built.
The doors close Dec 31st. I hope you can continue
to support me in the studio till then.
Good news, though
There will be a smooth transition as I will be moving to the new
International Academy of Arts and Performance on the corner of Dunnes and Sherry Fitzgerald in Ashbourne village in January. So no disruption in classes.
We have so much to look forward to next year including another sold out Spsnish retreat and an over night in March plus sold out restorative session this Sunday
I just wanted to share this with you in person. Thank you so much for all your support to date.
