✅️Deep tissue massage doesn’t have to be painful, but it can often feel intense, especially if you have tight muscles, fascial adhesions, or chronic tension.

✅️The massage therapist works deep – reaching the layers of muscle and connective tissue that are often tight or “glued together”. In such cases, you may feel:

-discomfort or pain when pressure is applied,

-a feeling of “breaking up” tense points (trigger points).

✅️Communication with your massage therapist is key – don’t be afraid to speak up if something is too intense.
