We regret to inform you of the death of Thomas (Tom) Turley, Derrylahan, Athlone, Co. Roscommon.

Peacefully in the tender care of the staff of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Bridget Turley, brothers in law PJ Galvin and Pat Hynes and niece Marie. Deeply mourned by his brothers Michael, Sean, and Patrick (twin), sisters Mary Hynes, Bridget Murphy, Nancy Galvin, Peggy Hynes, Joan Ryan. and Kitty Cunniffe, brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts Margaret Finn and Una Ashe, nephews, nieces, grand nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Pádraig Pearses GAA Club House, Woodmount , Ballinasloe (H53 E398) on Thursday evening from 4 to 8 o’clock. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, Moore, ( N37 XH52) followed by burial in Moore New Cemetery.

Ann Hewitt (nee Merrigan). Late of Maryville, Battery Rd., Athlone (late of Assumption Rd.).Our beautiful wife and Mother Ann passed away peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family on Sunday 24th August 2025, after a long illness borne bravely in the amazing care of Portiuncula Hospital
Predeceased by her infant daughter Mary and her parents John and Catherine.
She will be greatly missed by her loving husband Thomas, sons Anthony (Willie) and Tommy, daughters Sandra, Joanne (Cleary), Catherine (Conway), Kim (Murphy), and Sarah, daughters in law Sinead and Aisling, sons in law James, Paul, Kieran and Adam, 13 grandchildren, her loving sisters and brothers, best friends Mary and Annette, extended family and friends.
We will love you forever!
May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence on Tuesday from 4pm tp 8pm.
Mass of the Resurrection in St. Peter & Paul’s Church on Wednesday morning at 11am, followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium. House Private on Wednesday morning please

We regret to inform you of the death of Clare Dully (nee Conlon), 15 Beechpark , Athlone.
Peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, after a short illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her parents Johnny and Patsy Conlon, parents in law Maureen and Bernie Dully and brother in law Jimmy. Clare will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Cyril, daughters Sara and Carol, Carol’s partner Rob Cunningham, adored grandchildren Abbie and Corraig, sisters Irene Rendalls (North Berwick, Scotland) and Trish Conlon (Donegal), brother Jim (Carrick-on–Shannon), brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of cherished friends.
May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence on Monday from 4 o’clock to 8 o’clock. Mass of the resurrection on Tuesday at 12 noon, in Our Lady Queen of Peace, Church, Coosan, followed by burial in Coosan Cemetery.

We regret to inform you of the death of Ronald Christopher Keane (Ronnie) of Dublin Road, Athlone (formerly of Curramore Road, Kiltoom, Co. Roscommon)
Predeceased by his mother Catherine, sister Ann and brother Kevin.
Ronnie will be very sadly missed by his loving family, father Michael, brother Michael Jnr, sisters Marie, Georgina and Siobhan, nieces and nephews, relatives and his very many friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Reposing at The Strand Funeral Home (N37 WY17) on Sunday evening from 4pm to 6pm Mass of the resurrection on Monday morning at 11am in The Church of The Risen Christ, Ballybay, followed by burial at Kiltoom Cemetery.
