I love this time of year🍁 Especially crisp dry days like today when the leaves are golden.I also love comforting meals and desserts. This evening I had warmed sliced apple 🍎, Alpro vanilla, juicy blueberries 🫐, our new flavour apple crumble hifi bar with a sprinkle of warming cinnamon 😋.
It was delicious. Reminded me of my granny's apple crumble and custard but without the high calories or syns😉
This is why I love Slimming World.Real food and no hunger while maintaining a healthy weight.

After a nice brisk walk in my gorgeous local Lecarrow harbour this morning I built up an appetite for a hearty Sunday brunch 🍁
2 slices of Drummully Boxty, a tsp of Ballymaloe Foods smooth relish, a yummy tasty fresh egg from one of our friendly neighbours😉, lean bacon medallions, wilted spinach and a tomato 🍅

This is why I love Slimming World❣️, real food with no hunger while maintaining a healthy weight.
We were out for lunch in Poppy Fields earlier today and then did a spot of shopping. Another new guna💃 courtesy of the Carraig Donn 20% sale😁.
I fancied something warm for tea so I toasted 2 slices of Drummully Boxty , topped with a tsp of Ballymaloe Foods smooth relish, ham and 40g of cheddar cheese for calcium ( healthy A choice) and a little side salad🥗..only 2.5 syns of tasty delicious filling food😋.

Look at these amazing awards👀 plus we lost 53.5 pounds which is just short of 4 stone😁
Our new members average weight loss on their first week is 4lb and lots are earning their half stone award by week two!!
