Well done Victoria 💪

Losing 2st 8lbs (16kgs) meant that Victoria suddenly had bags more energy – which she quickly channelled into a newfound passion for running 🏃‍♀️.

Starting small, she built her stamina up over time – milestone by milestone. Now, she’s got her sights on her biggest challenge yet… the London Marathon, which she’ll be running in aid of our charity partner Alzheimer's Research UK 🧡!

It's great that the clock change means brighter evenings but who else missed the hour in the leaba 🛌😁
After a late night at a friend's birthday party we needed some tasty comfort food for breakfast/ brunch.
Made this delicious baked porridge oats.
Warm and comforting like a hug in a bowl 🤗

Friday night fakeaway 😋😋😋
Hot honey chicken, served on a bed of whole wheat noodles. Added some onion 🧅, pepper🌶️, broccoli 🥦 and courgette 🥒. I marinaded the lean diced chicken in Cajun and baharat seasoning, then cooked it off on one pan while I stir fried veg on another. Added some dark and light soya sauce, added cooked chicken to the stir fry pan and popped the noodles in some water on the pan covered with a lid. While noodles cooked I added some honey 🍯 to the stir fried chicken and veg. Into my favorite bowl and added a tsp of sesame seeds.😉This is my first attempt at this but it definitely won't be my last. It is delicious 😋 😋 😋
I got the idea for this in the Slimming World magazine and this is my version. This is what I love about Slimming World, you can eat real food with no hunger and to suit every taste ( and dietary requirements too).

‘Since joining Slimming World, I’m more than 10st (64kgs) lighter and no longer require medication’ 🙌!

Before, Ian was taking seven different medications each day to manage his health. He suffered from high blood pressure and stage 3 liver disease – and was told if he didn’t make changes to his lifestyle, he’d need a transplant 💔.

Fast forward to today, and he’s taken control of his health and his weight. As well as slimming down, he’s also stepped up his activity habits – literally! – and will be taking on the London Marathon next month in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK 🧡.
