Equine assisted psychotherapy workshop by one of my colleagues in the The Dancing Soul Athlone Therapy Centre.

We have a soft spot for horses here at . One of our therapists Valerie along with Nichole are running a demo where you can experience the benefits of equine assisted therapy. What more could you want on a Sunday morning, horses, cup of tea with like minded individuals ❤️❤️

Delighted to be part of the Setu Studio Space Galway family!
Catalyst Hypnotherapy will now be welcoming clients from Setu Studio Space on Fridays from 1pm to 8 pm.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, I have been empowering people to change since 2018. I use hypnosis to help adults and children free their mind to work with them rather than against them.

I am thrilled to announce that Catalyst Hypnotherapy is now opening a new clinic in Galway (Clarinbridge)! You will find me working from Setu every Friday from 1 pm to 8 pm. Feel free to reach out for more details or to schedule an appointment.

For something a bit different on your summer reading list!

We’ve been reading this really beautiful, funny and insightful book here in The Dancing Soul Athlone Therapy Centre as part of our community vision to support one another as therapists while also continuing to learn and grow as professionals supporting the community.

A big thank you to Joshua Fletcher for writing a truly inspiring book.

We highly recommend this as a read for anyone who is looking for some insight in to the minds of us therapists and in to the work that we do everyday to support the community we love
