💬 How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions typically last 3–5 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare.

✨ What affects retention:
• Your natural lash growth cycle (lashes shed and renew every 4–6 weeks)
• Aftercare routine
• Lash style (volume sets often look fuller for longer)
• Skin type (oilier skin can reduce retention)

💡 Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh.

🌿 Hay Fever Season: Pharmacist-Approved tips to Stay Ahead

Pollen levels are rising across Ireland — here’s how to protect yourself and reduce symptoms before they take over:

• Keep windows and doors closed, especially early morning and evening when pollen counts are highest
• Shower and wash your hands face and hair before bed to remove pollen from skin and hair
• Avoid drying clothes outdoors — fabric easily traps pollen
• Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) or special anti allergy balm around the nostrils and under the eyes to help catch pollen particles
• Consider starting a non-drowsy antihistamine early — consistency is key during the season
• Quercetin supplements may support your body’s natural response (ideally started a few weeks before peak season)
• Support your body with gentle lymphatic drainage (massage can help reduce congestion and puffiness)
