My Story
I graduated with a MA In integrative Psychotherapy in 2018 from the University of Limerick. I work from an integrative approach, rooted in a humanistic position.
I work from my private room in the Dancing Soul, Athlone Therapy Centre in Monksland.
A competent and dedicated Integrative Psychotherapist with over 17 years’ experience gained in the Mental Health and Social Care sector. Throughout my career, I have gained vast experience dealing with a range of issues including mental health, depression, postnatal depression, bereavement and grief, couples counselling, parenting, homelessness, youth work, addiction, anger management, domestic violence, LGBT and physical illness.
