500 hour vinyasa trained yoga teacher specializing in asana (yogic poses), alignment, philosophy, pranayama (breathwork) , sanskrit, anatomy and physiology, energy anatomy, pre natal yoga, psychology, neuroscience and Ayurveda.
Additional trainings in yin yoga, Daoism, insight yoga, restorative yoga, crystals as well as a certificate in teaching and guiding meditation.
So, what is yoga? It is simply a way to prepare the body for meditation (Dhyana) so that we can experience calmness of mind and increased gratitude and joy at the wonder of life. Our yoga classes are a mixture of yoga asana, alignment, breath work, philosophy and injury management. We cater for all levels of yoga and take care to provide lots of modification inclusive of all yoga students. We look forward to meeting you and guiding you through your practice.
