I really enjoyed today's final treatment of the week ( as did my client!! )
I love working on the feet but it's great to change it up with a Facial Reflexology or Gentle Release Therapy treatment. Today's facial reflexology treatment was super relaxing for my client. 🧖
We focused on sinus congestion and tension held in the jaw. I also showed her some self care techniques to use at home between appointments.

Just over a month before my autumn baby reflexology classes return to St Kierans Community Centre.
This four week course is suitable for newborn to precrawling babies.
Each week we learn easy reflexology techniques to use on your baby to help with everyday complaints such as👇

✳️ Digestive issues like constipation, reflux and colic

✳️ Teething pain, nasal congestion and earache

✳️ Coughs and colds

✳️ How to settle your baby and improve sleep

All this while meeting other new parents, self care tips and deepening the bond between you and your baby!

Classes are small and booking is essential.

Another lovely group of mammies and babies finished up their 4 weeks of baby reflexology classes yesterday! Super chilled babies and great results with teething and constipation! 🦷💩 👏

Well done to this gorgeous group of mammies on completion of yesterday's baby reflexology class. 🎓 They experienced some fantastic results after using the techniques they learned on their babies during the 4 weeks to help with teething and digestive issues.
It was a pleasure to work with them! 💕

I am looking forward to starting my next set of baby reflexology classes on Friday 17th January in St Kierans Community Centre.
This is a 4 week course, suitable for new born to precrawling babies.
Each week parents learn reflexology techniques to use on their babies to help with issues like teething pain and earache, colic and constipation while meeting other new parents in a supportive and relaxed environment.
This is a small class so plenty of individual attention is given to ensure you are comfortable using the reflexology techniques.

This class is also part covered by private health insurance, please check your policy.

Well done to this wonderful group of mammy's who finished their 4 week baby reflexology classes this morning! 🎓👏
It was a pleasure working with them and they're little ones over the last 4 weeks. We covered some nice reflexology techniques to help support their babies with teething pain, nasal and ear issues, sleep disturbance and digestive problems.

Taking a break over the Christmas period but will be back with another 4 week course starting on January 17th. This class is suitable for newborn to pre crawling babies.
