As we draw to the end of the year I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for continuing to support my small business, my dream, for another year! 🙏
I had the fortune to work with so many amazing clients, teaching baby classes and community workshops throughout the year. Now it's time for family and myself and to rest and recharge.

I am looking forward to welcoming you back to my clinic in January 2026 and to seeing what adventures await!

Spent the day today learning something new. A new addition to my treatments, incorporating sound with a tuning fork and singing bowl!
Thanks to Catriona and Ollie in for a great day of training.
Finished off with a freezing dip for the last full moon of 2025 in Lough Ree. 🥶Despite the clouds she made an appearance for us! 🌕

We couldn't resist taking a photo at the end of today's class with the Christmas tree in St Kierans Community Centre. 🎄
These gorgeous mammies and their babies just completed my 4 week Baby Reflexology Classes and they passed with flying colours! 👏🎓

They're now equipped to support their families and themselves with simple reflexology techniques for years to come! 🎉

💝 Are you ready for this year's Swim in Pink? 💝

Join us on Sunday morning, 19th October, at the second car park past the Hodson Bay Hotel at 11am for a great morning!
This year we have for a pre-dip warmup. There will also be plenty of tea, coffee and tasty treats for anyone who doesn't want to get their feet wet. 😋☕🧁

This is always a fun morning for the whole family. All funds raised go to Breast Cancer Research Institute Ireland.

I really enjoyed today's final treatment of the week ( as did my client!! )
I love working on the feet but it's great to change it up with a Facial Reflexology or Gentle Release Therapy treatment. Today's facial reflexology treatment was super relaxing for my client. 🧖
We focused on sinus congestion and tension held in the jaw. I also showed her some self care techniques to use at home between appointments.

Just over a month before my autumn baby reflexology classes return to St Kierans Community Centre.
This four week course is suitable for newborn to precrawling babies.
Each week we learn easy reflexology techniques to use on your baby to help with everyday complaints such as👇

✳️ Digestive issues like constipation, reflux and colic

✳️ Teething pain, nasal congestion and earache

✳️ Coughs and colds

✳️ How to settle your baby and improve sleep

All this while meeting other new parents, self care tips and deepening the bond between you and your baby!

Classes are small and booking is essential.

Another lovely group of mammies and babies finished up their 4 weeks of baby reflexology classes yesterday! Super chilled babies and great results with teething and constipation! 🦷💩 👏
