Intrusive thoughts are a symptom of how the mind responds to stress ,not a reflection of who you are.
When we remove judgment and secrecy, we reduce their power.
Mental health begins with understanding, and with kindness toward ourselves.
Intrusive thoughts ≠ identity.
They are mental noise, not personal truth.
There is no shame in experiencing them ,and no weakness in seeking support.
