Hello! I invite everyone to join me for yoga classes in a cozy, spacious yurt 🧘🏼‍♀️

During the six weeks we will practice various exercises for the spine and whole body, with additional meditation and breathing exercises. At the end of the meditation you can relax to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

As an osteopath, I focus on exercises that are essential for maintaining overall health with a gentle approach to each participant. All levels and ages are welcome.

A class will open to everyone on November 5th!

The six-week course starts on Nov 12th and runs until Dec 17th.
Every Wednesday at 7:30am till 8:45am.

Our yoga practices combine asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness, sound and aromatherapy - for healing the body and soul. All levels are welcome!
Classes take place Monday-Friday in the morning and the evening (flexible timetable) in Athy. There are also classes in Kilmead on Wednesdays (starting from November)
