✨Потім -саундхілінг із використанням співаючих чаш. Їхні вібрації працюють з глибинами тіла й енергії, знімають напругу, очищають простір і гармонізують стан.
✨У цьому внутрішньому просторі спокою ти зможеш попрацювати з МАК-картками - метафоричними асоціативними образами, які відображають підсвідомі процеси й дають несподівано точні підказки. Ти отримаєш новий погляд на свої ситуації та внутрішні запити.

I invite you to a summer practice of Vajra yoga in Athy and in Carlow.
In each lesson we practice meditation, asanas (yoga exercises) and pranayama (breathing techniques). At the end of the class, yoga nidra with singing Tibetan bowls.
Convenient schedule, small groups, individual approach. Classes are suitable for beginners and for advanced practitioners.

Hi everyone 👋 🤗 On Saturday, June 22 at 11:00 I invite everyone to yoga 🧘🌿 in Oak Park , Carlow. The program includes yoga, meditation with tibetan singing bowls, a mindful walk in the forest, and tea drinking with treats. You need to bring a yoga mat, tea or coffee and any snacks you like.
The class will be free and dedicated to International Yoga Day!
At 10:40 we meet in the parking lot of this park and at 10:50 we will go to the yoga venue.
