Happy new year to you all! Back from Japan, I'm restarting our Tai Chi classes for 2024.

-Saturday the 13th at 10am Moyleabbey
-Tuesday the 16th at 10am Castledermot
-Wednesday the 17th at 9.15am Monasterevin & at 11am Moyleabbey
-Thursday the 18th at 10am Kilcullen & at 7.30pm Narraghmore
