Do YOU work at a computer amd suffer with awful back pain, especially around tje rhomboid muscles, which are situated inbetween the spine and the shoulder blades. I always know someone who works at a desk when I am feeling theitlr gold ball lumps of tension here. This client went fir the Full Body Sports massage, knowing that even his hamstrings and quads, would benefit from having a massage.

Our Story

VALE BEAUTY & MASSAGE BOUTIQUE is a high end, chique boutique with 5 star quality treatments, in a spa like atmosphere.

My love and passion for massage began at a very young age, I always knew this was the road I wanted to go on and that I had a special touch for massage. following my passion I studied in Senior College Dunlaoighre for two years doing Holistic Therapies and then went on to do another year in spa therapies as I knew the spa industry is where my passion lay. I then furthered my training by going on to study Beauty Therapies in Bronwyn Conroy, Blackrock.

My four years of intense training paid off as it lead me to my first job in the industry, The Wells Spa in Brooklodge & Macreddin Village, a place that will always stay close to my heart, my first job in the industry and the first stepping stone on my path, after one year I moved on to The Spa in Druids Glen Hotel and Resort, where I gained such fantastic knowledge and 5 star high standards that are ingrained in me to this day, and that, I will always be so greatful for .

after two great years our path lead us to Toronto, Canada where we set out to have a life adventure and gain experience , and boy did we. These were two of the greatest years of our life, we met the best of friends and both gained such amazing knowledge in our careers. Although a curve ball was thrown at me, one I did not realize was going to work out so well. My massage was not recognized in Canada, but luckily I had the beauty side of the industry and there I worked as an esthetician (beautician) in the outstanding day spa Novo Spa, in the high end area of Yorkville . At first I was nervous not doing my massage as this was my strong point, but the knowledge and experience I gained in them two years for the beauty side of industry. I came home a stronger therapist in all aspects of my career, and it 100% helped me in opening up VALE, knowing that I was confident and had a strong hand in every aspect of my career, not just my massage.
