Words can’t express the amount of love I have in my heart for my most beautiful friend whom I watched marry her soul mate Sean Healy on Thursday …. To be there with my dear friends .ie & to soak in the magic, fun & pure love was beyond incredible !!!! I know weddings have that impact to make you all mushy but to feel it so deeply and see how much Sinead & Sean love each other & laugh constantly with each other was such a reminder of what true looks like & how relationships thrive !!!!! I want to share some things about our menstrual cycle that as a women I wish I knew before:

- That as women we are cyclical in nature, in terms of our energy, our emotions, our sensitivity, our own unique pattern or blueprint
- Yet we live in a world that isn't set up for cyclical living so we typically go against our cycle pushing one way of being in the world
- That each part of our cycle actually holds different powers and when we are aware of them, we can really tap into & harness them
- That there may be parts of our cycle that we are more vulnerable
- That our cycle is map to deepen our spiritual connection
- That through cycle awareness we can accept and love ourselves in a whole new way
- That cycle awareness is a tool to bring you into wholeness. When you map and track your cycle, you will come to know yourself and all aspects of you in a whole new and intimate way.
- If you would like to find out more, I’m so excited to announce that I'm hosting a 2.5 hour Online MasterClass called Exploring our Cyclical Nature as Women on Tuesday 13th July at 7.30pm to 10pm, which includes a super nourishing Yin Yoga class at the end. During the session we will be;

I'm so excited to announce a very special Yin & Biofield Tuning Summer Solstice online event on 21st June at 8pm to 10pm. I will be collaborating with the amazing from BioField Tuning. The Summer Solstice represents the midpoint of the year, it's the peak point of energy for the year, it's the longest day of the year for us, welcoming us into warm evenings and celebrations. The incredible is hosting a very special Online Week Long Event starting this eve called Period Revolution !!!

All proceeds will go to support marginalized groups, period poverty, direct provision and the current crisis in India.

To say that the past year I have been illuminated around the powers, the untold impact, the challenge, the magic, the everything around our menstrual cycle would be an understatement. We are just taught that our cycle is for fertility, having babies and if we aren't having babies it is an inconvenience for us, well thats how I thought about it anyway.

Kitty Maguire is one of the leading educators in Ireland helping women to tune into their cycle, go with the natural energy of it, understand how to care for ourselves better at different stages of our cycle. This I know is a priviledge to be able to do in our world, and in some countries it's not even possible to have sanitary pads let alone tuning into it. I started a daily meditation and yoga practice during my kundalini yoga teacher training 4 years ago. It was difficult at the beginning to dedicate time to it and show up every morning. Over time I noticed subtle shifts in my life, very small on a day to day basis but overtime they became significant.

My spiritual connection has gently flourished, my attunement to energy moving through my body has grown, my intuition has deepened, the peace I feel from a meditation practice is constantly evolving, real self love & acceptance is forever unfolding. I now see clearly what our ancestors had that we have lost, the connection to our spiritual self. I also believe that each one of us can create a sacred daily practice to deepen that connection to self and begin to lead a more heart centred life. 🙏

It will be beautiful to do if anyone is menstruating .... I just got my period today a few days early so my own energy has just completely dropped .... I will be teaching from a very slow heart centred place this eve letting my energy guide rather than going against it 🙏🙏
