🌟 Why We Move the Way We Do 🌟
Before we began our Chair Yoga practice today, I shared a little insight into why we do certain exercises in class. I’ve always found that when I understand the purpose behind a movement, I feel more connected and motivated—and it turns out my class felt the same!
They enjoyed it so much that I’ve decided to make it a weekly feature. Each week, I’ll highlight 3 or 4 of the movements we practise and explain how they support our body in everyday life.
Because when we understand the why, movement becomes more than just exercise—it becomes intentional, empowering, and meaningful.
My hope is that this helps everyone feel more confident, informed, and in control of their wellness journey. The more we understand our bodies, the better we can care for them. 💜
