Not what anyone wants to hear right now - but this Christmas build up has been one of these most peaceful, relaxing and spacious times of my life. Because I’ve let the pressure of ‘shoulds’ fall away

The last day of the group programme that has changed my life, and my last day being 31 💫

A day of internal freedom, movement, baking, choice, time that feels like my own, and working with women that are literally different versions of themselves.. this is was my dream at the start of 2025 - and it landed

This group have shown me how good life / work / purpose can feel - and how they all blend into one ✨

And I can’t wait for the newness that is coming in 2026 🐎

Till then, I’ll be spending most days like this, usually very content 😌

light enviro goes wayyyy beyond hormone and sleep health.

It is changing your on a deep level. Infusing yourself with light (nature!) will change your mindset, mood, sense of safety, purpose, and contentment

That was my experience anyways 🙂

This is a NORMAL (and really good sign) on your growth journey

When we morph into a more authentic, confidence, and secure version of ourselves, it’s easy to feel scared that we’ll mess it up.. loose it all

Remember that you are a different version of yourself now. She has the awareness, desire, and self trust to live differently and sustain it. Even if there’s a few dips along the way 🙂

You have ALWAYS got you.
