Hi there ✨ I’m Shannon, mum of two little ones who are my whole world, and a qualified teacher. I’ve battled with my mental health all my life, with some moments so unbearably low I struggled to see the light. As a working parent with an endless to-do list, running on empty and showing up for my children everyday like I wasn’t falling apart inside, I eventually crumbled and experienced a life-changing breakdown. My world as I knew it came to a standstill and I was utterly broken inside. The good news is, I have turned my pain into passion 🥰
With a lot of hard-work and professional support, I picked myself up ONE STEP AT A TIME 🩷
Growing up, mental health & wellbeing wasn’t talked about, so I had no idea anyone else felt like I did. I thought I was the only person in the world suffering inside. Looking back, I wish I had someone who could teach me the warning signs of burnout before I was drowning in it, show me how to manage my emotions instead of being consumed by them and empower me with the tools to build resilience, confidence and inner peace before it was too late.
I didn’t have that person. SO I BECAME HER 🩷
And now, I am here for YOU; for your children, for your teens, and for every parent who has ever felt like they are barely holding it together. I have poured my heart into deepening my knowledge of mental health & wellbeing so I can create a safe space for those of you who give so much of yourselves to others, because I CARE and you deserve it.
I will be providing workshops for;
🌈 Children to express themselves, navigate their feelings & body safety.
💖 Teenage girls to build self-worth, confidence, and resilience.
👩👧 Parents to feel supported, understood and equipped to help their children thrive.
