Your immune system needs oxygen to fight any virus. Breathing exercises will help to strengthen your immune system.
Deep breathing will help increase oxygen in the body and it will also help you to stay calm instead of letting fear grab hold of you.
Now take a deep breath in hold to the count of three then slowly let your breath out.
Do this every time you feel tense. Repeat it three times in total and enjoy feeling your body more oxygenated and relaxed. Namaste.

Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.
I thought she might need more water.
Or protein.
Or greens.
Or yoga.
Or supplements.
Or movement.
But as I stood in the shower
Reflecting on her stretch marks,
Her roundness where I would like flatness,
Her softness where I would like firmness,
All those conditioned wishes
That form a bundle of
Never-Quite-Right-Ness,
She whispered very gently:
Could you just love me like this?"
