📢 We’re Hiring: HR Operations Manager
📍 Balbriggan, Co. Dublin
💼 Temporary Position

We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations within a social care organisation, supporting workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and staff wellbeing in a fast-paced care environment.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally in healthcare, social care, or regulated environments
✔️ Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
✔️ Experience leading HR operations and managing teams
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔️ CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification preferred
