🚨 We’re Hiring: Chief Executive Officer | Dublin

Embrace is entering its next phase of growth and we’re seeking an experienced, values-driven CEO to lead the organisation forward.

With 17 homes across Ireland, this is a pivotal leadership role within a purpose-driven organisation supporting people with intellectual disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries.

We’re looking for a senior leader with:

✔ 5+ years’ executive management experience (ideally in healthcare/social care)
✔ Strong financial and commercial acumen
✔ Multi-site leadership experience
✔ Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
✔ A relevant third-level qualification in management, nursing, health & social care or related field (desirable)
