Transformational Yoga Workshop... with Grand Master Sri Radha of Golden Glow Yoga College (where I done my first two teacher trainings) 🧘‍♂️ ✨️

Sri Radha has been my mentor, my teacher, and my dear friend since 2020.

She has a wealth of knowledge in all things yoga and philosophy and spent a lot of time teaching yoga in India 🇮🇳

This is me Sri Radha Sharon O'Neill and Aga. Aga will graduate as a Senior Trainer this year and teaches rainbowyoga in the Waterford area. This beautiful soul is such a breath of fresh air.
It's been wonderful working with her and our other yogis these last few years in Coachford at Irenes Keola Nutrition in Cork and also online and she came to GGYC with a sea of knowledge and massive enthusiasm!
It was wonderful to get a quick catch up in before I head back to graduate our wonderful Exeter teachers next weekend.
The ferry from. Rosslare feels like a mini cruise in the sunshine 🌞 Irish Ferries
