Your journey to health starts with your desire to heal. You and your therapist create the environment’ in which healing on four levels can take place.
The four levels are those of mind, emotions, body and spirit. Treatments can quieten the mind, calm the emotions, heal the body, and connect to the spirit.
The modalities of treatment used may be any of the following: Acupuncture; Tuina (Chinese medicinal massage); Moxa; Cupping; and Gua Sha. Your therapist will determine which will be of greatest assistance in your healing process.
Your part is to cooperate with your therapist and to follow any recommendations made.
