✨️ WE'RE BACK BABY ✨️

Classes return tomorrow morning! I've had a lovely break, still working, but, we fit in lots of family time, fun and saunas over xmas. I'm so excited to get back to a regular routine of classes.

I may be even more excited because I've a spanky new green coffee machine making its debut in the studio this week ☕️

Drop in spaces for January term are now open, heads up though.....there are not many spaces left each week atm in most classes so grab them while you can!

is back on Thursday too with a Strength Flow that will leave you feeling super confident and powerful! Sinead is also covering the first week of Awakening Flow on Saturday this week ✨️

See you on the mats, and don't worry, my body will be creaking just as much as yours because I've barely moved for the last two weeks

That's not an excuse to pass your crap onto other people.

Behind every phone call, social media profile, shop assistant etc is a human being that have their own worries and stress.

If you don't have something nice to say......don't say anything at all!

🎅 S A N T A 🎅

Santa came to join our Wellbeing for Men session this morning to limber up and clear his head for the big journey around the world on the 24th 🎄

Happy to report he's all stretched and fueled up with hot milk and cookies from and nearly ready to go once the elves pack up the presents 🎁

Our Wellbeing for Men programme in conjunction with Sligo LEADER Partnership Company Ltd has been delivering wellness sessions for men including yoga, breath, nature connection, amd outdoor activities over the last number of weeks.

While we normally close up before the 21st, I wanted to put these small events on for the reset that we all need this time of year.

The best part is, each event is €22.50 or you can use your class credits and memberships to join us too.

👀 INTEGRITY 👀

It can be pretty hard to be the real you in today's world, social media can be full of falsities and a lack of authenticity.

That being said....the more you show up as the actual you, the more your values become your filter for everything.....wo you spend time with, what you allow, what you walk away from!

When you honour yourself, people stop overstepping because you've stopped bending yourself out of shape to make other people comfortable!

You are basically saying to the world "this is who I am, this is what I stand for, and this is what I'm not letting slide anymore"

People will either rise to meet you, or remove themselves......and both are wins!

Nothing removes the weeds from your life quite like integrity does 💪
