In 2005 Alex achieved Master-level qualification in the field of Physiotherapy at the University of Physical Education in Cracow, Poland. Having an experience both in private practice and as a Physiotherapist Staff Grade Alex is a well trained professional with set of skills and knowledge. Over the years of work , Alex dealt with both intensive neurological rehabilitation orientated towards post-stroke conditions, Parkinson's disease, developmental delays, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome disorders etc. as well as musculoskeletal pain management including Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Kinesiotaping, deep tissue massage,soft tissue and manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, mechanical modalities: electrotherapy, Laser, Cryotherapy, heat therapy etc. Now as a private practitioner Alex is running her own business both in Polish and in English.
