First ever Darkness into light walk this morning...it was difficult getting out of bed at 3.30 am but it was worth it! Such a crowd of people turned out and it was a beautiful morning for it! Even managed to have a good chin wag with my neighbour along the way 😀

Action packed weekend in this house with birthday parties and let’s not forget Mother’s Day.... the baby in our house turned 5 yesterday... entered into this world on Mother’s Day 5 years ago 🥰. Happy Mother’s Day to all my Mums and Mum’s to be .... Hope you all have a great day 😘

A new set of Aquanatal is starting back this Monday 4th March out at Mount Falcon Hotel 7-8pm. If you or anyone you know would like to join a water based class to exercise in a fun and safe environment, while meeting other expectant Mums, this is the class for you! So much fun in London!!! So much to see and do!! Definitely going back!! Need a rest now!! The steps were definitely up over the last few days, the feet are walked off me 😁 but we all had a great time. Great to get away and spend quality time together ☺️

Great night tonight at Aquanatal!! I really enjoyed the class and it definitely helped to lift those January blues!! Think the ladies enjoyed it too 🤗. I’m full of good cheer heading off home.... Hope it lasts when I get home to my crew 🤪😂. P.s could really do with a selfie stick... my head blocking half the ladies out 🙈

Happy Saturday everyone!! Can’t believe its December already!! As it’s cold this weather and we’ll all have the fire on and the heat on, 🔥 I’m sharing a video I made before about how to ensure your baby doesn’t over heat this weather! It’s a common mistake we all make when we bring our newborn baby home! But really important when preventing SIDS ( sudden infant death syndrome) or cot death.

I cover health and well-being in pregnancy, when to seek medical advice, packing for hospital, labour and delivery, pain relief options, and life with a new baby including demos. Partners are welcome! Check with your private health insurance to see what your package covers for maternity options as you may be able to claim back part of the cost of the class.
