Ballina's only private dedicated 1:1 & group personal gym. I also run Ballina Breath Better Clinic using Buteyko / Oxygen Advantage Methods. I first opened Quay Fitness in 2013 and have been working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach full time since 2010. At Quay Fitness you are not just another number left alone to your own devices. We will work closely together we come up with the best possible programme to meet your needs. All private sessions are conducted on a 1:1 basis just you and your coach. You tell me what you need and want and I will devise a plan to suit you and meet you where you are at currently. Wow this is some growth spurt, I wonder how did his S&C coaches deal with this rapid maturation. He’s obviously physically strong enough and has the necessary mobility and agility to compete at a high level when they are putting him in. Any thoughts?

• Increased mobility through a longer range of motion.
• greater strength gains through training in a longer range.
• glutes getting a bigger bang forcing them to drive up and out of this longer range.
• Adductors are challenged harder at this lower depth
• quads loaded heavy because of the increased depth the vastus medialis (teardrop muscle) is the one targeted.
