Calling all the Men!! This evening the Ballina Lions Club are hosting a brilliant Men’s’ Health Seminar, with 7 different speakers covering lots of health areas. The event is in The Grand National Hotel, starting at 8.00pm, and is totally free of charge, coming as part of Men’s Health week.
