A very enjoyable collaboration with Ben Bullen where we provide a little insight into taking care of the little toe, particularly if it sits beneath the 4th toe. A problematic 5th toe is a common issue so we thought it'd be nice to provide some top tips for patients.

For World Diabetes Day, where the theme this year is Diabetes and Wellbeing, I'd like to share this publication from my masters.

My topic was wellbeing in diabetic foot ulceration where I engaged with the public and undertook a scoping review to map the current tools in existence for diabetic foot ulceration and venous leg ulceration (which we are currently updating to be submitted for publication).

This is a very important area and it is particularly important to all health professionals engaged with patient care.

If we don't place the individual at the centre of their care then how else are they to feel empowered in their own health management?
