Join and I on retreat this May in Kilkenny, Ireland. This will be a weekend retreat full of rest, relaxation, movement, and inner work. Bealtaine, or May in Irish, is a time to celebrate the start of summer. The ancient celtic tradition of celebrating Bealtaine involves focusing on cleansing potentially destructive influences marking the start of a new beginning for farming on the emerald Isle. Most of us aren’t farmers anymore, but we can still honor this sacred time on the celtic calendar and instead look at any habits or energy we can cleanse ourselves of to pave way for a new beginning.
