We are thrilled to announce Anne as our first Member of the Month for 2025!

Over the past 10 months, Anne has shown unwavering commitment to our Healthy Bones & Strong Muscles classes, making incredible strides in her strength and fitness journey. A passionate hill walker with the Trekkers Mountaineering and Hillwalking Club, Anne initially attended the clinic for physio but quickly discovered the transformative power of strength training. Not only has resistance training enhanced her rehabilitation, but it has also positively impacted her daily life and her hill walking adventures. Anne’s enthusiasm for the benefits of strength training has inspired her fellow hill walkers, some of whom have joined our classes to reap the same rewards. She’s also committed to her progress, always adjusting her schedule to ensure she never misses a class, even if it means swapping her usual Monday session for another day. To further enhance her wellbeing, she has added our Stretch & Breathe class to her routine, amplifying the benefits of her weight training. We are incredibly fortunate to have Anne as part of the Physio Strength Therapy community. She is truly deserving of this recognition. Congratulations, Anne!

Meet Alison Brannigan our newest team member. Alison is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, Nutritional Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She has a vast skillset to offer to our wonderful clients and we’re delighted to welcome her to the Physio Strength Therapy team 💙

Book an appointment with Alison through our website (link in bio) or join her for Mat Pilates class on Sundays at 11am. She has availability from 9am-6pm on Sundays.
