Re-opening June 2021!

I am delighted to be returning to 11 Herbert Place, Dublin 2, from the week of 7th June 2021 (Level 3 opening date for gyms)...

Re-opening at the venue will initially be for Individual lesson appointments only (with all Covid safety measures in operation);

Small group classes and workshops will hopefully also resume at Herbert Place in the following weeks.

Current online classes (Tue & Thu), and online 1:1 lessons will continue.

For the next week (23rd-29th March), I will be posting a free, short audio lesson here each day at 5pm....

Tomorrow's lesson (Monday 23rd) will be the 2nd part of the first lesson posted earlier this week (Releasing Tension - Reaching Part 1).

Hope this will help to have something you can do at home each day..... and also to have a little repertoire that you can come back to and repeat whenever you like. 🌼🌼
